How to start




There are two ways to start training at Work Ethic. One is built for people new to CrossFit or coming back to fitness after time away. The other is for athletes who already know what they're doing and just want to train. Pick the one that fits — we'll handle the rest.
New to CrossFit, or returning after a long stretch off? Start with a free 1-on-1 with a coach. Forty-five minutes. No class, no commitment. We'll talk through your goals, walk you through the gym, and run a few simple movement screens so we know how to coach you when you come in. You'll leave knowing exactly what training here looks like — and whether it's the right fit.
Been training a while? Drop in to a class on us. Pick a time, show up, train with us. You'll meet a coach when you arrive and step into the workout. If you have questions after, we'll answer them.
