HYROX Training
Built for work. Built for HYROX. HYROX pairs running with functional strength and endurance work, and it is built on the same fundamentals we coach every day: strength, aerobic capacity, durability, and the ability to repeat hard efforts. You do not have to race to train it.
What You Train
We have the room and the gear for it: air runners, turf for sled push and pull, and open running space. Train it on its own or alongside your CrossFit work to build a serious engine. If you ever decide to test yourself at a race, you will already have the training to back it up.


Personal Training
One-on-one coaching built around your goals, your movement, and your timeline. Work with a coach to dial in technique, build a plan, and stay accountable. Train personal training on its own or alongside group classes. Your plan, our standard.

It sits right between one-on-one personal training and a full group class. More personal than a class, more affordable than training solo, and a great fit if you want focused coaching without going it alone.


Nutrition Coaching
Training is only half of it. What you eat decides how you recover, how you perform, and how you feel day to day. Our nutrition coaching gives you a plan built around your life and your goals, using real food you will actually eat. No crash diets, no cutting out everything you like.

What to Expect
Walking into a gym for the first time can feel intimidating. Here is what your first visit at Work Ethic KC actually looks like.
Wear
Athletic clothes you can move freely in. Training shoes are a plus but regular sneakers work fine to start.
Bring
A water bottle. We have filtered water available to refill. Towel optional.
Arrive
A few minutes early for your first class so your coach can review movements and answer questions.
Expect
A real welcome, a workout scaled to your level, and zero judgment. Everyone started somewhere.
How Scaling Works
Every workout at Work Ethic KC is scalable. The workout is adjusted to match your current ability, not the other way around.
Weight Adjustments
If the workout calls for a loaded barbell and you are just starting out, your coach will scale the weight to something you can move well. You build up over time.
Movement Substitutions
Cannot do pull-ups yet? No problem. Your coach will give you ring rows or banded pull-ups until you build the strength. Every movement has a progression.
Volume & Intensity
If the workout prescribes five rounds, you might start with three. Your coach will help you pick a pace and a volume that is challenging but safe.
