What's the difference between group classes and personal training?
Personal training is one coach working with one person on a plan built for them. Group classes share one workout across the room. Our classes sit closer to personal training than most: the workout is shared, but your coach prescribes your weight, scaling, and intensity individually. Personal training makes sense for specific goals, coming back from an injury, or a preference for one-on-one work.
Do you offer personal training?
Yes. We offer one-on-one personal training built around your goals, movement, and timeline, plus small group personal training with a low coach-to-athlete ratio. Either works on its own or alongside group classes. Send us a message to get started.
Is this a good place for strength training?
Yes. Strength work is a core part of every week: squats, deadlifts, presses, and Olympic lifts, coached and progressed over time. Olympic Weightlifting at 10:30 AM on Saturday is a dedicated barbell session.
Can CrossFit help with weight loss?
It can help, but training alone rarely drives weight loss. What consistent strength and conditioning work builds is muscle, capacity, and a routine you keep. Weight change depends mostly on what and how much you eat, which is why we also offer nutrition coaching.
Can I train for HYROX here?
Yes. Our weekly programming builds the running, strength, and work capacity HYROX demands, and the gym has air runners, turf for sled push and pull, and open running space. We don't run separate HYROX classes. The preparation is built into the training you do every week.
