CAN I TRAIN SAFELY WITH PREVIOUS INJURIES?
Absolutely. We have some of the most experienced coaches in the world and they specialize in tailoring movements to keep you progressing without aggravating past injuries.
Do you have CHILD care?
While the Kid's Room is open, supervised childcare is available during select business-hour classes. Contact us to confirm current availability and times.

DO I NEED TO BE IN SHAPE TO START?
Not at all. Our program is designed to meet you at your current level. Every workout can be modified so you can train safely and effectively from day one.
WHAT IF I HAVE NEVER DONE CROSSFIT BEFORE?
Perfect - introducing people to CrossFit is our specialty! We will guide you through fundamentals and ensure you feel comfortable before ramping up intensity.
Are weekend classes available?
We currently offer Saturday morning group classes.
Can I try before I commit to a membership?

Do you offer any age-specific programs?
While we do not currently offer age-specific programming, we encourage all ages to come try a class. Our expert coaching staff will modify workouts for any and all ages willing to try.
