Nicole Cardin

I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with a passion for working with children and supporting families. I have experience as a play therapist at EarlyStart, where I helped children process emotions, build coping skills, and feel safe and supported through play-based care.My approach with kids is centered around creating a positive, structured, and engaging environment where they can feel comfortable, have fun, and be themselves. I understand that every child is different, and I strive to meet each child where they are while encouraging confidence, emotional regulation, and connection.

In addition to my background in social work, I also hold my CrossFit Level 2 (CF-L2) certification. Being part of the CrossFit community allows me to bring energy, structure, and a focus on healthy habits into the childcare space while parents focus on their workouts.

My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and fun environment where both kids and parents feel confident and cared for.
